  Very rude staff. Office policy insists on keeping a credit card on file, I had never heard of. Tried to ask the doctor questions about my condition, he was very short and said he was too busy had other patients to see. Will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone.

  Well run office. Staff is friendly. Friedberg is one of the top guys in his field. Sometimes feel rushed, but he's a top notch diagnostician. Hasn't redecorated the office since 1965!

  This is the worst staff I have ever spoken to. My husbands contact (he wears hard contacts) broke and I called to order another contact. They were so rude and said he must come in for an appointment because it was over two years. I said ok and they said they only had July 27. Well that was three weeks away and he couldn't see. I said ok I guess I have to find another doctor she said ok. My husband had been a patient there for 50 years. So we found a doctor who would see him in two days. Well guess what? He was at Midatlantic Eye within two years (I guess they realized that) and they sent him a prescription in the mail. (which took a week) What a bunch of nonprofessionals. Also, when the new doctor called to get his records they said they couldn't give the records because he had an appointment with THEM. (which he didn't) Unbelievable. Thank twice before going to this place. They don't even deserve ONE Star. Denise Kane
